Perfect Dirty Martini
A classic stirred dirty martini with gin, dry vermouth and a touch of olive juice.
| 3 ¼ oz | gin preferably Hendricks | pour into mixing glass; fill with ice; stir 20 times | strain into freezer-chilled coupe; garnish |
| ¾ oz | dry vermouth | ||
| ¼ oz | olive juice | ||
| 2 | olives for garnish | ||

Ingredients
- 3.25 oz gin (preferably Hendricks)
- 0.75 oz dry vermouth
- 0.25 oz olive juice
Instructions
- Chill coupe glass in freezer while gathering and preparing ingredients.
- Pour all ingredients into empty pint glass or cocktail mixer.
- Fill with ice and stir 20 times.
- Strain into chilled glass.
- Garnish with 2 olives.
