Cilantro Basil Vinaigrette

2 Cups

cup apple cider vinegar
cup vegetable oil
cup olive oil
2 garlic cloves, peeled
cup firmly packed cilantro leaves
cup firmly packed basil leaves
1 teaspoons sugar
teaspoon ground black pepper
Sea salt to taste
Combine all ingredients in a large blender and blend for about 3 minutes, or until mixture is smooth. Refrigerate until ready to use. The mixture can be blended again if it separates.
