Caper Marinade

1-1/2 cups

I use this as a steak sauce, but it is also wonderful as a marinade for a london broil. Central Market makes this and I became an absolute addict, so when they were out of this marinade on three consecutive visits to the store, I begged for the recipe and they were kind enough to show it to me.
1 cup capers, with the juice 1 cup olive oil
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce 2 teaspoons anchovy paste
1/2 onion
Quarter the onion and place it in a food processor. Mince the onion and add the remaining ingredients. Pulse on/off until well blended but not really pureed.
Refridgerate any unused portion
Will last about 2 weeks.
