Salmon with Caper Butter

This is the ultimate one-dish meal. Like all good recipes, this one is shared amongst many friends.

Garlic Caper Butter

Make the Sauce: In a food processor mince the garlic and capers. In a small bowl add the parsley, garlic, capers and stir in the butter until well blended 


Assemble the salmon packets:

Cook the Salmon: Using a large spatula, place the packets on the heated baking sheet. Bake until the packets have puffed and the fish is cooked through, approximately 18 minutes. Transfer packets to individual plates and serve immediately. Garnish with remaining lemon.
